Effective December 9, 2015 Dane County Board of Supervisors Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10924 Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: Town Map: Town of Dane Location: Sections 7, 18 Zoning District Boundary Changes R-1 A to RH-1 A parcel of land located in the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 7 and the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 18, including all of Lot 1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map No. 10629, all in T9N, R8E, Town of Dane, Dane County, Wisconsin more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 1 1/2" inside diameter iron pipe at the north 1/4 corner of said Section 18; thence N89°23'03"E along the north line of the NE1/4 of said Section 18, 991.03 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod at the point of beginning; thence continuing N89°23'03"E along said north line, 164.83 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod at the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Dane County Certified Survey Map No. 10629; thence S34°43'56"E along the east line of said Lot 1, 117.82 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod; thence N 59°00'18"E, 100.00 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod; thence S34°43'56"E, 85.00 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod;thence S59°00'18"W along the south line of said Lot 1, 348.05 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod; thence N21°41'10"W along said south line, 140.16 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod; thence S76°11'51"W along said south line, 235.51 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N07°50'13"W along the west line of said Lot 1, 322.82 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod on the south right of way line of Bitney Road in a curve to the left having a radius of 304.36 ft. and a central angle of 12°53'12"; thence northeasterly along said right of way line and the arc of said curve, 68.45 ft. to the point of tangency thereof, said curve having a long chord bearing N28°11'19"E, 68.31 ft.; thence N21°44'43"E along said right of way line, 52.31 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod on the north line of said Lot 1;thence S07°50'13"E along said north line, 350.30 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod;thence N76°11'51"E along said north line, 163.12 ft. to a 3/4" solid round iron rod;thence N00°36'58"W, 98.11 ft. to the point of beginning.
