DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6434 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Burke <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include <br /> in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> Petition #6434 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Burke described as <br /> follows: Part of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map #6410, commencing at <br /> the South quarter corner of said Section 9; thence S 89° 04' 49" <br /> West, along the South line of the said SW 1/4, 1320.20 feet; thence <br /> N 00° 08' 19" East, 2085.56 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing N 00° 08' 19" East, 189. 00 feet; thence N 89° 38' 37" <br /> East, 296. 51 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot #1; thence S 14° <br /> 50' 49" East, 195.20 feet; thence S 89° 38' 37" West, 346. 99 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.RE Z) <br />
