DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6435 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the A-2 (1) Agriculture to R-1 Residential District/s the following described land: Petition #6435/1239: Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Deerfield described as follows: TO A-2 (1) : Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence West, 530 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road; thence N 24° West along said centerline 330 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 24° West, 231 feet; thence East, 307 feet; thence South, 181 .5 feet; thence West, 75 feet; thence South, 30 feet; thence West, 155 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corne of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence West, 530 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road; thence N 24° West along said centerline 195 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 24° West, 135 feet; thence East, 155 feet; thence North, 30 feet; thence East, 75 feet; thence South, 165 feet; thence West, 179 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
