ITEM NO: 14 . <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6435 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 (1) Agriculture to R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Petition #6435/1239: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO A-2 (1) : Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 <br /> SW 1/4; thence West, 530 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road; <br /> thence N 24° West along said centerline 330 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 24° West, 231 feet; thence East, 307 <br /> feet; thence South, 181 .5 feet; thence West, 75 feet; thence South, <br /> 30 feet; thence West, 155 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corne of said SE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4; thence West, 530 feet to the centerline of Missouri Road; <br /> thence N 24° West along said centerline 195 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 24° West, 135 feet; thence East, 155 <br /> feet; thence North, 30 feet; thence East, 75 feet; thence South, <br /> 165 feet; thence West, 179 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
