Adeline Rockney am requesting the rezoning of a 2. 36 <br /> acre parcel of my farm to a RH-i. My farm is 39. 70 acre <br /> parcel which is part of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of SEC 9 , T6N, <br /> R12E,Town of Christiana. This 2. 36 acre parcel of this <br /> section is approximately 257 feet by 400 feet rectangle as <br /> described on the preliminary map attached. <br /> This parcel of land is for the building of a residence of my <br /> daughter and her husband, Susan and David Repyak of <br /> Cambridge , Wisconsin. I would like my daughter living close <br /> to me. At my age, I would like help looking over the family <br /> farm and helping me as I needed it. <br /> This parcel of land is comprised of mostly wooded pasture <br /> land of variable contour, and is intended for a residential <br /> building site only. <br /> The rezoning permit would be needed as soon as possible for <br /> the needed approvals as building permit, septic system <br /> permit, access permit, etc. .
