We plan to maintain the natural state of the property . <br /> At the higher elevation , the soil will be enhanced , and proposed <br /> building development is minimal , and -will not interfere with run-off , <br /> drainage , or pollution of the wetland or creek areas . <br /> There is a need for an Equine Chiropractic and Rehabilitation <br /> Center in South Central Wisconsin , and especially in the Dane <br /> County area . Presently there are no such facilities in Wisconsin . <br /> As you know , the number of local horse owners continues to increase , <br /> and as chiropractic rehabilitation services have become more mainstream <br /> in human care , it has also become recognized in animal care . <br /> We request a decision pertaining to the Conditional Use Permit <br />
