This proposed bed and breakfast business is an existing single-family house on a parcel of <br /> 3.4 acres zoned RH-3. <br /> This is in an area designated as Upper Agricultural Terrace (an Agricultural Preservation District)on <br /> the Town of Mazomanie Land Use Plan. The residential parcel was approved several years ago, <br /> consistent with policies for this area. <br /> The plan does not have specific policies for the proposed use; however, the plan does have a general <br /> policy for commercial-type uses: "The town may require such limitations, screening and conditions as <br /> are necessary to ensure compatibility with the goals." <br /> - The site is fairly wooded and well screened from the nearest neighbors, a farm to the north, <br /> and a single-family residence to the northwest. <br /> - The application indicates the use of two bedrooms for four guests.
