DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6442 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Westport <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Petition #6442 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Westport <br /> described as follows: Lot #1, CSM 5068 and a portion of the NW 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Westport. Commencing at the South <br /> quarter corner of said Section 30; thence N 01° 07' 21" West <br /> 1304 . 02 feet; thence N 89° 27' 35" East 886. 64 feet; thence N 05° <br /> 36' 35" East 386. 13 feet; thence N 08° 47' 55" East 253. 63 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence N 81° 12' 05" West 33. 00 feet; <br /> thence S 08° 47' 55" West 236. 03 feet; thence N 82° 49' 05" West <br /> 320 . 43 feet; thence N 07° 10' 55" East 378 .50 feet; thence N 60° <br /> 06' 14" East 294 .30 feet; thence S 89° 29' 30" East 314 . 13 feet; <br /> thence S 07° 10' 55" West 498 . 05 feet; thence S 83° 42' 58" West <br /> 163 .26 feet; thence N 08° 47' 55" East 178 . 12 feet; thence N 81° <br /> 12' 05" West 33. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1 .To prohibit any further divisions on the balance of the property <br /> from which this parcel is being split. <br /> 2 . There shall be an appropriate vacating of Ziegler road as <br /> approved by the Town. <br />
