Midtbo and <br /> Sherry Bibro. We seek to change the zoning of the attached parcel <br /> from RE-1 to RH-1 to allow the home that has been occupied by my <br /> daughter, Sherry Bibro, for the past 10+ years to be separated from <br /> the campground. A Certified Survey Map is being prepared by Glen <br /> Northrop of Abex Survey for the parcel. The parcel will contain <br /> approximately 2 .9 acres and will have a frontage of 66 feet on <br /> County Trunk N and leading to a rectangular size parcel of 300 feet <br /> x 200 feet, which will include the house and garage as per the <br /> attached map. <br /> Thus, we will need to have a zoning change and approval of the <br /> Certified Survey Map. Attached also are maps showing the location <br /> of the parcel on the tax description maps and where the lot will <br /> sit on the original survey done by Anthony Thousand. <br /> The purpose of the parcel separation and rezoning is to allow <br /> Sherry Bibro to own the home separate from the Viking Village <br /> Campground. She has in the past and will continue to occupy this <br /> premises as her single-family residence. <br /> Enclosed is a check in the amount of $100.00 payable to the Dane <br /> County Land Regulations and Records for the filing fee. <br /> Your-, very truly, <br /> ' Stanl O.
