I <br /> October 3, 1995 <br /> Requested Revisions of Deed Restrictions <br /> for Petition to Amend Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 6242 <br /> EPICENTRE PROPERTIES, LLC respectfully requests that the Deed <br /> Restrictions recorded by the Dane County Register of Deeds on <br /> September 29, 1995 as Document No. 2707725 shall be accepted <br /> exactly as recorded in said document except that: <br /> a. Deed Restriction No. 2 pertaining to "Traffic" shall be corrected and <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> 2. Traffic. All traffic will enter and exit the property via Landmark Place only. At no <br /> time shall any traffic enter or exit via Grandview Boulevard, Coventry Trail or Nottingham Way. <br /> In addition, a cul-de-sac, with a radius of not leas than fifty feet (50'), shall be dedicated <br /> for public use ( - - . _ . - . • -. . - . - <br /> and <br /> b. Deed Restriction No. 6 shall be corrected and amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> 6.
