This proposed division may meet the standards for such divisions in the Town of <br /> Deerfield. The relevant policy is: "The Town Board shall determine, on a case-by-case basis, if <br /> proposed conversions of agricultural lands to densities greater than one dwelling unit per 35 acres meet <br /> all of the Agricultural Preservation District policies, standards and criteria." <br /> Thus the Town Board needs to make a specific finding of compliance. There is an existing house on <br /> the RH-1 parcel and the RH-3 parcel is proposed for an additional home. Because a wooded hillside <br /> (drumlin) is involved, there may need to be a site plan and an approvable access onto USH 12 & 18. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> The existing private sewage system must remain on the same parcel with the dwelling it serves. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
