A <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6445 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Petition #6445: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows : <br /> TO RH-1 : Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 31; thence South along the East line of said 1/4 1/4, 510 <br /> feet to the South line of USH 12-18; thence S 85° West, 131 feet; <br /> thence S 72° West, 273 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 63° <br /> West, 223 feet; thence S 80° West, 273 feet; thence S 64° West, 90 <br /> feet; thence S 10° East, 290 feet; thence East, 150 feet; thence N <br /> 45° East, 500 feet; thence North, 130 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO RH-3 : Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 31; thence South, 510 feet along the East line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4, to the point of beginning; thence S 85° West, 131 feet along <br /> the South line of USH 12-18; thence S 72° West, 273 feet; thence <br /> South, 130 feet; thence S 45° West, 500 feet; thence West, 150 <br /> feet; thence N 10° West, 290 feet to the aforesaid South line of <br /> USH 12-18; thence S 64° West, 294 feet; thence S 72° West, 150 feet <br /> to the West line of said 1/4 1/4; thence South, 400 feet; thence <br /> East, 1320 feet to the Southeast corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence <br /> North, 780 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br />
