This proposed division appears to conflict with the adopted town/county policies in the <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The basic policy is: "The density is limited to one residence per 35 acres of farm owned as of June 6, <br /> 1978." <br /> The 20-acre parcel was rezoned to RH-4 (Public Hearing 3/10/92)for the "purchase of a farm of less <br /> than 35 acres." Thus, this is not a substandard parcel. <br /> With a 20-acre parcel, any proposed division is in conflict with the adopted policy. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> The existing private sewage system must remain on the same parcel with the dwelling it serves. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
