Dahl at 3276 High Point Rd, Madison, WI 53719. <br /> Ms. Dahl has submitted a preliminary application for licensure of <br /> her program. In reviewing her application there is substantial <br /> evidence that this program would meet all of the requirements for <br /> licensing in the state of Wisconsin. Kids Express Learning Center, <br /> Inc. has all the indications of being a quality early childhood <br /> program that will be welcomed by residents of this area. <br /> Ms. Dahl has participated in our pre-licensing requirement with the <br /> Wisconsin Child Care Improvement Project.
