ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4016 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the followi,• •- - . <br /> Pet. #4016/CUP 601: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section; thence N 88° 34' 40" <br /> East, 539 feet along the South line of said section; thence N 01° 28' 57" <br /> West, 58.06 feet, to the Northerly right-of-way of STH 138, and the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence N 01° 28' 57" West, 449.57 feet; thence <br /> N 88° 34' 40" East, 600 feet; thence S 01° 28' 57" East, 450.15 feet to said <br /> e Northerly right-of-way of STH 138; thence S 84° 44' 41" West, 291.08 feet <br /> along said right-of-way; thence S 88° 31' 03" West, 182.00 feet along said <br /> right-of-way; thence N 80° 10' 21" West, 101.98 feet along said right-of-way; <br /> thence S 88° 31' 03" West, 27.55 feet along said right-of-way to the point of <br /> .eginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County as well as <br /> the owners of the land: <br /> A.
