DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6456 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6456: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Cottage Grove <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of <br /> said Section 12; thence N 00° 09' 25" East, along the West line of <br /> said Northwest quarter, 1294 . 62 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue N 00° 09' 25" East, along the West line of the <br /> Northwest quarter, 66. 00 feet; thence S 89° 05' 10" East, along the <br /> North line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4, .769. 06 feet; thence along a curve <br /> to the left along the center line of Ridge Road, within a radius of <br /> 3432 . 00 feet, and a long chord bearing of S 07° 44' 43" West, 38. 92 <br /> feet; thence S 07° 25' 13" West, along the centerline of Ridge <br /> Road; 27.53 feet; thence N 89° 05' 10" West, 260. 44 feet; thence S <br /> 00° 54' 50" West, 184 . 00 feet; thence N 89° 05' 10" West, 211 . 11 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 54' 50' East, 184 . 00 feet; thence N 89° 05' 10" <br /> West, 288 . 89 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1 .To prohibit structural development in the northerly 66 feet of <br /> the rezone area. <br />
