• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6459 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6459: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4, NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and SW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Mazomanie described as follows : <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 35; thence S <br /> 89° 33' 02" West along the North line of the NE 1/4 of Section, <br /> 2697 . 82 feet to the North quarter corner of said Section; thence <br /> S 08° 22' 59" West, 655. 48 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot <br /> #1, Certified Survey Map #4440 and the point of beginning; thence <br /> S 80° 03' 55" East, 199. 48 feet; thence S 05° 38' 11" West, <br /> 185. 00 feet; thence S 81° 32' 10" East, 64 .20 feet to the point <br /> of curvature of a curve to the right having a central angle of <br /> 13° 40' 13" and a radius of 2814 . 78 feet; thence Southwesterly <br /> along the arc of said curve, 671 . 58 feet to the point of tangency <br /> thereof, said arc having a long chord bearing S 26° 34' 30' West, <br /> 669. 99 feet; thence S 33° 25' 49" West, 397 . 61 feet; thence 88° <br /> 30' 50" West, 161 . 85 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1, <br /> Certified Survey Map #4440; thence N 20° 49' 14" East along the <br /> West line of said Lot #1, 1235. 35 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
