COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 2 APPLICATION NO. <br /> ✓ STAFF COMMENTS <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 6461 - CUP 1295. The R-4 area with a CUP to the west of the proposed rezoning was <br /> rezoned earlier this year to allow the existing mobile home park to conform with the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. A number of conditions were imposed with the R-4 zoning. <br /> This petition(6461)is to enlarge the area zoned R-4 to allow an improved design of the mobile home <br /> park and provide for adequate set-back from the lake. <br /> The added area appears to be a reasonable compromise to allow for the improved design and improved <br /> protection of the surface runoff into the lake. <br /> The same conditions should apply to this petition(6461) as were applied to the previous petition. <br /> There needs to be specific conditions worked out concerning the holding tanks and sewage disposal in <br /> consultation with the Environmental Health staff. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
