Solheim Billing & Grimmer, S.C.
00/. Mr. Thomas Smiley
October 24, 1995
Page 3
blue paper, Mr. Kearney does not intend to permit one hundred six mobile
homes to be placed on the property. Rather, these sites will permit the sale of
multiple sites to a single individual who would be limited to one mobile home
on adjacent sites. For example, a person may choose to acquire two side-by-
side sites on the lake. They would be limited to having one mobile home on
both sites. The additional six sites would be available to accommodate this
combined usage of two sites for a single mobile home.
'4. The area into which the proposed additional R-4 lands would encroach
into the existing Al exclusive property is limited and does not significantly
effect the current agricultural use of the Al exclusive property to the east.
Much of the land which Mr. Kearney would be adding to this proposed
rezoning is not currently used for agricultural purposes because of its slope.
In fact, once the development is completed, the mobile home park will create
a erosion barrier between the agricultural lands to the east and the lake.
Once you have had an opportunity to discuss this proposal with your colleagues,
I would appreciate it if we could meet, this week if possible, to discuss any concerns or
questions you may have. It is our hope to have an application for rezoning filed by November
6, and your prompt consideration will be appreciated. If you have any questions that I can
answer in the meantime, please feel free to call me at my direct dial number at the top of this
letter.
FInally, I have given you my only copies of the large plans. I would appreciate
it if I could have them returned to me. Thank your for your consideration.
Sincerely,
SOLHEIM BILLING&GRIMMER, S.C.
By '
D.
