Farm equipment will also be stored and fueled on land that is not disturbed. <br /> 16. The County will keep Cross Country Road in good repair and if necessary,reconstruct after the clay <br /> has been removed.Dust control on Cross Country road will be maintained. <br /> 17.Natural drainage on the site shall be restored as part of reclamation. <br /> 18. There shall be no foreign material buried on the site. <br /> 19. The maximum number of mobile homes in the R-4 zoned area is to be limited to 100. <br /> 2. CUP 1311,Denner,Town of Verona, 2/13/96 <br /> Motion by Anderson/Kesterson to impose the following 15 conditions as submitted by the applicant: <br /> 1. Gun club membership not exceed 32 regular members at any one time, as provided by club bylaws. <br /> 2. The club must maintain at minimum the ground rules and range regulations in effect as of February <br /> 26, 1996. <br /> 3. The fence adjoining the property to the east shall be repaired or replaced. The fence shall be a two- <br /> strand minimum wire fence,with wire at approximate heights of 24"and 40" above ground level. <br /> 4. The property shall be posted with warning signs. On the east side of the property the signs shall be no <br /> less than 100' apart. <br /> 5. The conditional use permit shall be reviewed by the Township in February 2001 and each successive <br /> five years. <br /> 6. The conditional use shall cease when the Norm Denner family, including offspring of Norm Denver, <br /> no longer own or control the range. <br /> 7. Shooting tables at a distance of 100 yards or more shall be equipped with concrete muzzle cylinders <br /> and their use required for rifle shooting at ranges of 100 yards or more. The cylinders shall be at least 30" <br /> inlength and shall not exceed 12"in diameter. They shall be placed in such a manner so as to prevent a <br /> rifle muzzle from shooting over the berm or to the side of the berm. <br /> 8.Rubber tires will be removed from the berm, along with any rocks, concrete rubble or other material <br /> that might provide a surface for potential ricochet. A one-foot layer of clean fill shall be placed on the <br /> shooting surface of the berm. <br /> 9. An"eyebrow"ricochet catcher shall be installed near the top of the berm. The catcher shall be at least <br /> 20'wide and shall extend a minimum of 6'from the surface of the berm. <br /> 10. The vertical height of the berm will be raised to 14 feet,and the width of the berm will be at least 40 <br /> feet. <br /> 11.Lime or crushed limestone will be added to the fill in the berm behind the target area. <br /> 12.The center of the targets will be placed no more than three feet from ground level. <br /> 13. All shooting will be in compliance with sec. 941.20(1)d Stats., relating to discharge of firearms within <br /> 100 yards of a dwelling. <br /> 14. The concrete pit located 100 yards from the berm will be filled and capped at ground level. <br />
