PLANNING&DEVELOPMENT <br /> ZONING DIVISION- <br /> Attn: Zoning Committee <br /> Re: Zoning Petition 6464 - Carl Weaver <br /> Section 31 <br /> Dear Committee Members: <br /> The Town Board approved Dane County Zoning Petition 6464, however in <br /> considering the land division at the Plan Commission December 12, additional <br /> information about the proposed parcel was disclosed that will most likely result in a <br /> request to amend this petition to include Lot 1 of CSM 4819. The driveway and well to <br /> serve Lot 1 of CSM 4819 are on the area proposed for RH-1 zoning. The owners of Lot <br /> 1 CSM 4819 are buying the land described in petition 6464 and they do not want an <br /> additional building site. They decided they just want to increase their existing lot to <br /> include the land described in petition 6464, not create an additional parcel. That means <br /> the existing parcel (Lot 1 of CSM 4819) should also be rezoned to the correct zoning for <br /> the adjusted parcel size. The total area will be less than 4 acres so the RH-1 zoning <br /> would still be correct. <br /> The owner informed me today, he will be requesting an amendment to petition <br /> 6464 to include Lot 1 CSM 4819 in the RH-1 zoning category. The Plan Commission <br /> had no problem with that, and the Town Board will consider this change at their <br /> December 19 meeting.
