1 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6464 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Petition #6464 : <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 31; thence N <br /> 01° 38' 26" East, 1364 . 98 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing N 01° 38' 26" East, 296. 85 feet; thence S 85° 32' East, <br /> 513.45 feet; thence S 04° 34' 10" West, 300. 00 feet to the <br /> centerline of Rutland-Dunn Townline Road, thence N 85° 25' 50" <br /> West, 332 .56 feet along said centerline, thence along the arc of a <br /> 5222 . 00 foot radius curve to the right whose long chord bears N 84° <br /> 31' 27" West, 165.74 feet to the Southwest corner of CSM #4819 and <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
