This is an existing 3.8 acre parcel zoned RH-1 with an existing house on- <br /> site. Changing the zoning to A-2(2) does not change the residential status;however it offers the <br /> opportunity for unlimited livestock if a Conditional Use Permit is approved. <br /> There are single family homes to the east and west, which are limited to one animal unit per acre. There <br /> does not appear to be any rationale provided for having unlimited livestock on this rural residential <br /> parcel. <br /> If there is rationale for unlimited livestock, there needs to be a plan for pasture and manure disposal <br /> off-site. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> None. <br /> OTHER <br /> None. <br />
