This proposed 2-parcel division appears to conflict with adopted town/county policies in <br /> the Town of Oregon. <br /> This is in an Agricultural Preservation Area of the plan map where the following policy applies: "The <br /> maximum residential density in this category is one dwelling unit per 35 acres of contiguous land <br /> owned at the time of adoption of this plan." <br /> The application indicates that the owner has 80 acres, which would allow two dwelling units under the <br /> policy. Note that the policy uses the term dwelling units,not parcels. However, one dwelling unit <br /> already exists to the south of the proposed RH-3 parcel.
