DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6470 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and R-1 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Petition #6470 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11j Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows : <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner, thence S 88° <br /> 22' 41" East, 286 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue <br /> S 88° 22' 41" East 506 feet; along the centerline of Stagecoach <br /> Road; thence S 00° 04' 59" West 439. 66 feet; thence N 88° 22' 41" <br /> West 220 feet; thence N 00° 04' 59" East 439. 66 feet; along `the <br /> East line of Lot #1, CSM #6911 to the point of beginning Also, <br /> Part of Lot #1, "-CSM 6911 . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds .
