DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6471 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described land: Petition #6471 : Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Berry described as follows : Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 28, thence N 88° 35' 08" East, along the East-West quarter line of said Section 28, 1, 953. 09 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 01° 53' 17" West 483. 16 feet; thence N 88° 35' 08" East, 255. 08 feet; thence N 21° 13' 26" East, 297 . 35 feet; thence N 72° 06' 38' East, 84 . 17 feet; thence N 02° 59' 00" East 537 . 03 feet to the North line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence West along the North line of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 to the NW 1/4 corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence South to the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 28, thence N 88° 35' 08" East, 628 . 67 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds .
