HOREB, WI 53572 <br /> LOCATION <br /> North side of County Trunk Highway "G", located .2 mile west of <br /> State Highway 92, in the NW 1/4 of the 1/4 of Section 3 in the <br /> Town of Primrose. <br /> REQUIREMENTS (:) Q <br /> Centerline of access is to be 600 feet west of the owner' s east <br /> property line. Width shall be a minimum of 16 feet, but shall at <br /> no time exceed 30 feet. Culvert must be centered in driveway. <br /> WisDOT-approved end sections are required. <br /> Culvert Requirement: Length 30 feet; diameter 18 inches. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> You are required to contact the authorized representative listed <br /> below at 266-4011 before starting construction. THIS PERMIT IS <br /> VOID ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE IT IS ISSUED. If construction is not <br /> completed at that time, the applicant is responsible for obtaining <br /> a new permit . <br /> Runoff from the driveway shall not be directed toward the roadway <br /> shoulder, nor shall the driveway obstruct drainage on the highway. <br /> Concrete driveways are not allowed to directly abut the edge of <br /> roadway pavements .
