DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6474 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Burke <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include <br /> in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: <br /> Petition #6474 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Burke described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 26; <br /> thence_ S 89° 21' 02" West, 401 . 97 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence continue S 89° 21' 02" West, 134 .41 feet; thence N 00° 37' <br /> 10" East 647.78 feet; thence N 88° 52' 10" East, . 134 . 43 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 37' 10" West 648. 92 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> That only the following uses shall be allowed in the C-2 zoning <br /> district; (s . 10. 14) <br /> (b) Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> (e) Sales of new and used contractor' s machinery and equipment. <br /> (f) Repairs, storage and service of contractor' s machinery & <br /> equipment. <br /> (h) Bulk fuel storage, sales and storage of lumber and building <br /> material . <br /> (i) Truck and bus terminal. <br /> (q) Parking or storage of motor vehicles. <br /> (s) Warehouses . <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
