DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6474 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Burke The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described land: Petition #6474 : Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Burke described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 26; thence_ S 89° 21' 02" West, 401 . 97 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 21' 02" West, 134 .41 feet; thence N 00° 37' 10" East 647.78 feet; thence N 88° 52' 10" East, . 134 . 43 feet; thence S 00° 37' 10" West 648. 92 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: That only the following uses shall be allowed in the C-2 zoning district; (s . 10. 14) (b) Major repairs to motor vehicles. (e) Sales of new and used contractor' s machinery and equipment. (f) Repairs, storage and service of contractor' s machinery & equipment. (h) Bulk fuel storage, sales and storage of lumber and building material . (i) Truck and bus terminal. (q) Parking or storage of motor vehicles. (s) Warehouses . Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.
