The plan includes the <br /> following requirements: <br /> 1. Bioretention and infiltration basins must be constructed once the tributary areas have <br /> been stabilized. Care must be taken to prevent runoff from disturbed areas from <br /> entering the facilities, once they have been constructed and stabilized. The basins must <br /> be installed and planted as specified in the plan. <br /> 2. The maintenance agreement for permanent stormwater management practices must be <br /> recorded with the Register of Deeds and a financial security document for 110%of the <br /> expected cost of erosion control and stormwater management ($6,839) must be <br /> submitted prior to permit issuance. <br /> 3. As-built plans and certification, performed by a professional engineer, will be required <br /> for all permanent stormwater management practices and facilities. <br /> This permit does not expire.
