Parcel has <br /> an existing private entrance, however , access to remaining lands <br /> should be considered. See attached controlled access map. <br /> Petition 6481 & C.U.P 1301. CTH "K" in not a controlled access <br /> highway. No apparent problems . <br /> ✓ C.U.P 1302 . CTH "AB" is a controlled access highway. No new <br /> accesses will be granted along this frontage. Existing parcel has a <br /> private entrance which would require a change in use to commercial <br /> entrance. See attached controlled access map. <br /> v Petition 6486 . No apparent problems . CTH "D" is a not a controlled <br /> access highway, however , any changes to existing accesses or new <br /> accesses require approval of the area maintenance supervisor.** <br /> Petition 6488. CTH "A" is a not a controlled access highway, <br /> however , any changes to existing accesses or new accesses require <br /> approval of the area maintenance supervisor. If possible, a joint <br /> access driveway or an easement should be utilized to minimize <br /> accesses onto CTH "A" .** <br /> \J Petition 6489 . CTH "KP" is a not a controlled access highway, <br /> however, any changes to existing accesses or new accesses require <br /> approval of the area maintenance supervisor . No apparent problems .** <br /> , Petition 6494 & C.U.P 1305 . CTH "K" is a controlled access highway. <br /> Existing parcel has 3 Commercial Entrances . No apparent problems . <br /> Petition 6496 & C.U.P 1306 . CTH "W" is not a controlled access <br /> highway, however , any changes to existing accesses or new accesses <br /> require approval of the area maintenance supervisor. No apparent <br /> problems . <br /> C.U.P 1307. CTH "A" is not a controlled access highway, however, <br /> with the addition of 40 units the intersection(driveway) geometrics <br /> will need to be approved by this department. <br /> Petition 6497 .
