I <br /> of the CUP area. The berm to be built along the east boundary <br /> line of the CUP area (and along Reiner Road) will commence at the <br /> NE corner of the CUP area, extend towards the house, then corner <br /> in a westerly direction, and corner in a southerly direction <br /> behind the house to the south boundary line of the CUP area. <br /> There will be no quarrying activity within 150 feet of the west <br /> boundary line of the CUP area. A seeded berm will be built along <br /> the west boundary line of the CUP area not less than five feet in <br /> height with 1 to 1 slope on eastern side. The top of the berm <br /> will be 150-156 feet from the west property line. A seeded berm <br /> will be built along the north boundary line of the CUP area <br /> commencing at the NE corner of the CUP area and continuing for a <br /> distance of 600 feet, more or less, not less than five feet high <br /> with 1 to 1 slope on northern side. The top of the berm will be <br /> 5-11 feet from the north property line. The above berms will be <br /> completed within 6 (six) months of initiation of any work under <br /> the conditional use permit, subject to excusable delay for <br /> adverse weather, adverse planting conditions (for seeding) and <br /> force majeure. A seeded berm will be built along the south <br /> boundary line of the CUP area not less than five ( 5) feet high <br /> with 1 to 1 slope on the south side. The top of the berm will be <br /> 5-11 feet from the south boundary line of the CUP area. Subject <br /> to the condition that as much as practical of the CUP area is <br /> being actively farmed, the berm along the south boundary line <br /> will not be built until there is significant quarrying activity <br /> within 100 feet of the south boundary line. <br /> FENCING: Except as otherwise provided, the CUP area will be <br /> enclosed by a four ( 4) foot welded wire fence. A fence will be <br /> built along the east boundary line of the CUP area <br /> Reiner Road) and, except as otherwise provided, will abe located <br /> one foot inside of the right of way as constituted prior to the <br /> conveyance of right of way to Burke. A house currently exists on <br /> the SE corner of the CUP area. The fence to be built along the <br /> east boundary line of the CUP area (and along Reiner Road) will <br /> commence at the NE corner of the CUP area, extend towards the <br /> house, then corner in a westerly direction, and corner in a <br /> southerly direction behind the house to the south boundary line <br /> of the CUP area. A fence wil] he built along tb c west boundary <br /> line of the CUP area and will be located as close as reasonably <br /> practical to the west boundary line of the CUP area. A fence <br /> will be built along the north boundary line of the CUP area <br /> commencing at the NE corner of the CUP area and continuing for a <br /> distance of 600 feet, more or less, and located on the north <br /> boundary line of the CUP area. A fence with locked gates will be <br /> built along the south boundary line of the CUP area and located <br /> on the south boundary line of the CUP area. Fencing will be <br /> completed within six ( 6) months of initiation of any work under <br /> the conditional use permit subject to excusable delay for adverse <br /> weather and force majeure. <br /> • RECLAMATION: When the quarry has been depleted, or within twelve <br /> ( 12) months of the expiration or revocation of the Conditional <br /> Use Permit , whichever is the earlier , the banks will be sloped to <br /> 2 <br />
