Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1308 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. FOR: Limited Family Business - craft and antique sales. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 5/14/96 EXPIRATION DATE : (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED . ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Vienna, described as follows : Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 32; thence North 247 feet; thence East 707 feet; thence South 27 feet, thence East 192 feet; thence South 249 feet; thence East 94 feet; thence South 175 feet; thence West 450 feet; thence North 175 feet; thence West 550 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . Only one advertising sign for the business, which is visible from Highway 113, will be allowed on the property or other property within one half mile of the business site. The advertising sign shall not exceed a size of 8' x 12' in size. 2) . Existing building on the property shall be used for the requested business . THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE . FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use.
