DANE COUNTY Page 1 of <br /> • CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1302 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - Salvage Recycle Center - Amend <br /> Conditions of #982. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 1/9/96 EXPIRATION DATE: See below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 13, Town of Blooming Grove <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the most Westerly corner of <br /> the said CSM 5874; thence S 43° 02' 48" East along the right-of-way <br /> 40. 00 feet; thence N 46° 57' 12" East 25.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 46° 57' 12" East 135.31 feet; thence N 82° 09' <br /> 22" East 526. 61 feet; thence S 46° 57' 12" West 464. 96 feet; thence <br /> N 50° 32' West 210. 00 feet; thence S 46° 57' 12" West 28 . 00 feet; <br /> thence S 87° 57' 12" West 60. 00 feet; thence N 43° 02' 48" West <br /> 56. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. All auto dismantling shall be confined to the interior of the <br /> existing building. <br /> 2. All salvage part shall be stored within the building. <br /> 3. A maximum of 25 vehicles for dismantling may be stored outside <br /> within the CUP area. <br /> 4. Said vehicles shall be screened from public view pursuant to <br /> Section 10.7 (7) of the Dane County Code Of Ordinances. <br /> 5. Additional buildings may be constructed on this property for <br /> this use. <br /> 6. The ZNR Committee will review this Conditional Use Permit 6 <br /> months from the date of issuance to determine if the conditions <br /> imposed are adequate to provide compliance with the standards. If <br /> found to be inadequate the committee may impose additional <br /> conditions. <br /> EFr- <br />
