The purpose of this rezone is clean up 5 parcels which do not meet <br /> current zoning regulations. The area being used as multi-family residential is currently mixed <br /> zoning of both R-4 and C-1, so we want to make them all R-4. The area being used as commercial is <br /> being changed slightly, so we need to take some R-4 and make it C-1 and some C-1 and make it R-4. <br /> The current use of the land is existing multi-family residential buildings, and a commercial building, <br /> these uses will not change in the new zonings. <br /> Per application guidelines, I am providing the following information: <br /> 1. Proposed uses of the rezoned area: <br /> The proposed use is to remain as multi-family and a commercial building. <br /> 4. Time schedule for development: <br /> Not applicable, this land already has buildings there are no plans at this time to <br /> change the existing conditions. <br /> 5.
