DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6483 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Westport <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br /> include in the B-1 Local Business District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Petition #6483: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 23 and S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 14, <br /> Town of Westport described as follows: Beginning at the corner <br /> common to Section 13, 14, 23 and 24; thence S 02° 06 ' 46" West <br /> along the Section line between Sections 23 and 24, 1799.83 feet to <br /> a point that is N 02° 06' 46" East, 800.21 feet from the quarter <br /> corner common to Sections 23 and 24; thence N 52° 25 ' 42" West <br /> along the Northeasterly line of Certified Survey Map #1965. Dane <br /> County Registry to the centerline of River Road 2597 . 64 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. Thence N 24° 58 ' 10" East 516.81 feet; thence <br /> S 65° 01' 50" East, 433 . 32 feet; thence N 70° 42 ' 48" East 182.50 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 36 ' 00" East 615.56 feet to City of Madison <br /> corporate boundary line; thence along said line S 33° 57 ' 58" West <br /> 24 .23 feet to the North line of Section 23; thence continuing along <br /> the City of Madison corporate boundary line S 32° 14 ' West 1015.12 <br /> feet; thence N 52° 25 ' 42" West, 1,064. 52 to the centerline River <br /> Road and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of the Town of Westport Resolution # <br /> 96-10, including the wording "and the Dane County Zoning and <br /> Natural Resources Committee" at the end of item # 3 in Resolution # <br /> 96-10 relating to site pain and design review, which shall run in <br /> favor of Dane County and the Town of Westport. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 1//m 3//(v <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
