DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6489 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes and RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Petition #6489: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 6 and also part of the SE 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4 and the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section. 5, all in Town of Cross <br /> Plains. <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 of said Section 6; thence West 130 feet to the centerline of <br /> Union Valley Road and point of beginning. Thence Southwesterly <br /> along said centerline 100 feet; thence East 400 feet; thence North <br /> 350 feet; thence West 300 feet to the centerline of said Union <br /> Valley Road; thence Southwesterly along said centerline 270 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4; thence West 66 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continue West 740 feet; thence North 550 feet to centerline of CTH <br /> KP; thence Southeasterly along said centerline 750 feet to the East <br /> line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South 70 feet; thence S 45° West <br /> 82 .5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
