He will go on sewer and parents will go unsewered. <br /> After discussion the following was reached: Ron Ritchie moved to rescind previous zoning change involving <br /> creation of RH2 to RI parcels, now allowing creation of R1 parcel with condition it must join sewer district <br /> before residence can be constructed and remaining parcel be RH1 because of size. It is our understanding the <br /> RHI parcel contains the existing residence which can continue to remain on the septic system. Seconded by Rich <br /> Pertzbom. Unanimously passed. <br /> PLEASE NOTE: If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but said <br /> rezone does not comply with the Town Land Use Plan, please list the reasons <br /> for the approval.
