• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6500 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Westport <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br /> include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Petition #6500: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 29, Town <br /> of Westport described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter <br /> corner of said Section 29; thence N 89° 51' 05" East, along the <br /> South line of said SE 1/4, 1329.39 feet; thence N 00° 44 ' 15" West, <br /> 1332.21 feet to the centerline of Oncken Road; thence S 89° 49 ' 45" <br /> West, along said centerline, 726.38 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence S 08° 03 ' 51" West, 120.31 feet; thence S 10° 13 ' 30" West, <br /> 130.82 feet; thence N 79° 46' 30" West, 62.00 feet; thence N 10° <br /> 13 ' 30" East, 240.86 feet to the centerline of said Oncken Road; <br /> thence N 89° 49 ' 45" East, along said centerline, 58.36 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the recording of a deed restriction which stipulates <br /> that the only use to be allowed is for protocol beverage fountains, <br /> that there is to be no outside storage, no overnight parking and <br /> that zoning be conditioned upon an executed agreement with the the <br /> Town of Westport to rezone the property back to A-1 EX when the <br /> project is completed as well as the reimbursement of expenses <br /> incurred. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
