The duplex is approximat ly 22 years old , <br /> and we have owned it for about 5 years . I recently discovered <br /> 4(~ ) that this land is zoned Al- Exclusive Agriculture . <br /> I am requesting a zoning change from A - I Exclusive Agriculture to <br /> R 3A Zoning District on Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #I135, to <br /> bring my lot into Zoning compliance for a non-conforming us+. . <br /> I have met with Town of Mazomanie Zoning officials and they <br /> seemed willing to make the change to R- 3A since the property was <br /> grandiathered in as a duplex, and we would simply be bringing the <br /> lot into zoning compliance . <br /> Thank you for your attention, <br /> Robert E .
