DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6508 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Oregon <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agricultural, A-2 (4) Agriculture and A-2 (2) <br /> Agriculture District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6508: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of <br /> Oregon described as follows: <br /> TO A-2 (2) : Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence <br /> North 2640 feet; thence East 414.4 feet; thence South 352 feet; <br /> thence Southeasterly along CTH A 270 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 25° East 183 feet; thence East 300 feet; thence <br /> South 350 feet to centerline of CTH A; thence Northwesterly along <br /> centerline 400 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2 (4) : Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 21; <br /> commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North 2640 feet; <br /> thence East 414.4 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 900 <br /> feet; thence South 675 feet to centerline of CTH A; thence <br /> Northwesterly 220 feet; thence North 350 feet; thence West 300 <br /> feet; thence S 25° West 183 feet to centerline of CTH A; thence <br /> Northwesterly along centerline 270 feet; thence North 352 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2: Part W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21; <br /> commencing at South quarter corner; thence North 2640 feet; thence <br /> East 414.4 feet; thence South 352 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence Southeasterly along CTH A 920 feet; thence South along <br /> Hillcrest Road 825 feet; thence West 850 feet; thence North 1150 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br />
