The engineering has been found to conform to Dane County Code of Ordinance, <br /> Chapter 17, Floodplain Regulations. The filling and the grading shall comply with the submitted plan dated <br /> December 14, 2015. <br /> Fill shall be placed to the elevation of the existing surrounding grade. The portion of the property being filled is <br /> located within the shoreland vegetative buffer zone. After filling the area must be revegetated, or identified as a <br /> portion of the viewing and access corridor as part of an approved shoreland zoning permit. <br /> Land disturbance shall not occur until a Shoreland Erosion Control Permit is issued by Dane County Land and <br /> Water Resources.
