I have gotten the approval <br /> of the Town Board, at their December meeting for the following: <br /> to rezone two acres from A-1 Exclusive to RH-1 , driveway permit, <br /> site plan and dwelling and outbuilding applications. I now need <br /> your approval as I hope to build a small home on the two acre <br /> site in May of 1996. <br /> I grew up on a farm in Sauk County and have not lost my deep <br /> connection with the land despite living in Madison since 1962. <br /> I am now at the point in my life where my retirement plan of <br /> living on the land begins. For the last two and one half years <br /> I have commuted to this land 4-5 days per week, getting to know <br /> the land and selecting suitable dwelling sites. I rent out <br /> 36 tillable acres to neighboring farmers and enjoy maintaining <br /> fence lines and clearing brush.
