Kolitz, hereby files this Notice of <br /> Protest pursuant to Section 59 . 97 (5g) of the Wisconsin Statutes : <br /> 1 . An application has been made by Mr. Melvin Alme to change <br /> the zoning of certain property located north of 811 Collins Road in <br /> Section 15, Town of Dunkirk (the "Parcel" ) , from A-1? Agricultural <br /> Exclusive District to R-1 Residential District, which application <br /> is attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> 2 . The undersigned currently owns property at 811 Collins <br /> Road, Stoughton, WI 53589 (the legal description of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit B) , and, for purposes of Section <br /> 59 . 97 (5g) of the Wisconsin Statutes, constitutes an abutting owner <br /> of over 500 of the total perimeter of the area proposed to be <br /> altered included within 300 feet of the Parcel . <br /> 3 . The amount of frontage owned by the undersigned with <br /> respect to the Parcel is 242 feet . <br /> 4 .
