Petition 6515—Corrected Comments <br /> The application information indicated a total of 66 acres in the property, which raised a conflict <br /> with the density policy of one dwelling unit per 40 acres. Further review with the Town Clerk <br /> indicates that there is significant additional land in the farm. <br /> With an addition of 170 acres further to the south, there is not an issue with the density policy. <br /> The other issue was related to the quality of agricultural soils proposed to be used for the <br /> residential site. However, the house is for someone working on the farm, not simply a child of <br /> the farm owner. If the house is for this purpose, it is probably more logical to locate it here than <br /> at some other more remote site. <br />
