These reasons can be a critical factor for both the Zoning <br /> Committee and the County Board in their consideration of the rezone. <br /> The road has been moved approximately 90 feet to the south in order to remove <br /> it from the "within 300 feet of the Koshkonong Creek" . A small portion, approximately <br /> 1/4 acre (10,180 square feet) is in the wetland overlay. The application was for <br /> 1 .5 acres, by moving the road the petitioner was able to reduce the amount of wetland <br /> invloved. The Board has thoroughly reviewed the plans for this development and fully <br /> supports moving the road to the roposed location. Road access from Bailey Road has <br /> been explored but the area of entry to this development would be very steep, through <br /> a wooded area and faces north.
