This procedure will then .be repeated for <br /> the following acres . After the topsoil is replaced, it will <br /> be graded and seeded. <br /> 6 . Soil erosion control will be required and enforced . <br /> Siltation fences shall be constructed as required . <br /> - <br /> 7 . Hours of operation shall be 6 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm. Truck <br /> hauling shall be limited to 7 : 00 am . to 4 : 00 pm. The <br /> intent is that work days shall be Monday through Friday with <br /> the exception of an occasional Saturday for rain make-up. , <br /> 8 . A good faith effort shall be made to leave several inches of <br /> clay on site . Surface of topsoil will be prepared prior to <br /> seeding such that roots could be established . <br /> ' 9 . The land shall be kept in grassland/hay production for an <br /> initial five year period to allow soil structure to become <br /> re-established, and to assure no harmful effects to area <br /> groundwater . <br /> I . <br /> 10 . After this initial period , the reintroduction of a more <br /> intense land use such as row-crop agriculture may be allowed <br /> Ibased on soil test results and committee approval . <br /> ' <br /> 11 .
