This proposed dog kennel, with grooming and related supplies sales,is at <br /> an existing farmstead in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> The proposed 15-dog kennel is to be in an existing farm building;therefore,there is no direct farmland <br /> impact. The site is screened from view from CTH AB by heavy brush in a wetland area. The wetland <br /> area is proposed to be preserved as part of the greenspace of the Park and Open Space Plan. <br /> The nearest house is on the A-2(8)parcel north of the railroad tracks on AB.
