DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6569 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6569 <br /> Located in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the SE 1/4 corner of Section 1; thence Northerly <br /> along the East line of the SE 1/4, 1149.30 feet to the centerline of CTH S; thence S 78° <br /> 10' 00" West along the centerline of CTH S, 569.12 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing S 78° 10' 00" West along the centerline of CTH S, 127.07 feet to the <br /> projected centerline of a frontage road along CTH S and STH 78; thence S 63° 06' 50" <br /> West,. along said projected centerline and the centerline of said frontage road, 492.46 feet; <br /> thence S 26° 53' 10" East 175.00 feet; thence N 63° 06' 50" East, 645.73 feet; thence N <br /> 11° 50' 00" West, 54.19 feet to the South right-of-way line of CTH S; thence S 78° 10' <br /> 00" West along said South right-of-way line, 345.27 feet; thence N 63° 06' 50" East, <br /> 288.79 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances.
