• 1 <br /> No. #6540 <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to <br /> include in the RH-i Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6540: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 20, Town of <br /> Blue Mounds described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter <br /> corner of said Section 20; thence N 90° 00' 00" West along the <br /> East-West quarter section line, 1060.00 feet; thence S 00° 00' 00" <br /> West, 230.00 feet to a point in the centerline of West Blue Mounds <br /> Road and the point of beginning; thence S 15° 00' 00" West 540.00 <br /> feet; thence S 66° 00' 00" East, 285.00 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" <br /> East, 260.00 feet; thence S 07° 00' 00" West, 267.88 feet; thence S <br /> 72° 50' 00" East, 700.00 feet to the centerline of Rettus Road; <br /> thence S 00° 00' 00" East along said centerline, 69.15; thence N <br /> 72° 50' 00" West, 708.56 feet; thence N 86° 00' 00" West, 565.00 <br /> feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" West, 530.00 feet; thence N 28° 00' 00" <br /> East, 440.00 feet; thence N 16° 00' 00" East, 590.00 feet to the <br /> centerline of West Blue Mounds Road; thence S 82° 00' 00" East <br /> along said centerline, 120.00 feet; to the point of curvature of a <br /> 1616.53 feet radius centerline curve to the left; thence <br /> Southeasterly 266.26 feet along the arc of said curve making a <br /> central angle of 09° 26' 14" and a long chord of 265.96 feet that <br /> bears S 88° 12 ' 18" East to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. The recording of a site plan agreement between the Town of Blue <br /> Mounds and the applicant for lot 4. <br />
