ITEM NO: 30. DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6544 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Montrose The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the A-2 (8) Agriculture District/s the following described land: Pet. #6544/1321: Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33 , Town of Montrose described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 33 ; thence S 89° 34 ' 38" East along the South line of said Section 33 , 328 .48 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing S 89° 34 ' 38" East 329 . 10 feet to the Southeast corner of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33 ; thence N 00° 07 ' 02" East 1324 . 13 feet to the North line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 33 ; thence N 89° 45 ' 08" West along the North line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 said Section 33 ; 329. 10 feet; thence S 00° 07 ' 02" West, 1323 . 14 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
