•
March 6, 1
`
2553 Bail-i
Sun Prairi ji z f'
Lyman Anderson 8
Chairman, Zoning & Natural Resources Committee
Dane County Zoning Department
Room 116, City-County Building D.C. PLANNi '- ,.°_r
Madison, WI 53709 N,,,;; k
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The purpose of this letter is to voice objection to Zoning Petition #6548. I will be unable
to attend the hearing scheduled for March 12, 1996, but respectfully request that my
objection be noted.
Enclosed is a copy of the map. My parcel is highlighted in yellow. I have objected to
some of the rezoning in the past to no avail.
I have no objections to the sale of the property, but believe it should remain A-1
agricultural. Since moving here 10 years ago, I have made several inquiries about
purchasing some of the land; however, the owner either didn't want to sell or decided to
sell the land for residential purposes.
I chose my home and the area because it was agricultural. Now, it appears I could be
surrounded by a residential subdivision. Is there a county and/or township plan? For
the good of the community and it's residents, a concise plan with environmental impact
analysis should precede any further residential housing development.
Sincerely,
H. Ken Robbins
enclosure
